At present, I am a master's candidate at Naropa University, pursuing a degree in counseling. With my education from Naropa, I bring a trauma-informed and psychophysiological perspective. Our minds and our bodies are inherently connected. I received my bachelor's at The Evergreen State College in Human Rights. A BA in Human Rights encompasses the interdisciplinary expanses of psychology, sociology, and political science. I utilize a socially aware and psychologically compassionate perspective to inform my work with individuals.
